The lounge area

Upon arrival, we will welcome you to our lounge area. The space is designed for guests to gather and share moments of relaxation and conviviality during their stay. Cappuccino, latte, tea, coffee... we offer hot drinks, as well as cocktails and lunch or breakfast options on site.

Seminar rooms

Our three seminar rooms offer a cozy atmosphere and elegant décor, allowing you and your team to escape from everyday life and the office environment. Our services are designed to be like those of a luxury hotel, providing a space for well-being that is conducive to the expression of ideas and collaborative work.

The dome

The dome for your events for up to 70 people. Cocktail parties, symposiums, B2B events—bring your network and/or teams together in an unusual setting. 8.5 meters high, 12 meters in diameter, a geodesic canvas stretched over a metal frame, to find yourself somewhere else, in the heart of nature, with all the comfort and warm spirit of a wood and fabric atmosphere, enveloped by the gentle heat of a wood stove, with a view of an urban forest.

Outdoor spaces

Enjoy Julien's garden furniture, a welcoming space combining art, heritage, creativity, and relaxation. Take a seat on his benches or gather around his garden tables steeped in history. Here, a block from a castle; there, a piece of a seawall; further away, an authentic canopy from a famous Parisian square.

The atrium

Privatize The Land's industrial space with its vast open areas, exposed ceiling pipes, and monumental light fixtures. The venue is particularly bright and surrounded by greenery. Bar, relaxation areas conducive to small group discussions, plenty of seating for a warm and welcoming reception. Ideal for your cocktail parties. Speeches can be made in our adjacent atrium. Sound system, video projection, simultaneous recording and broadcasting possible.
