Agile, strategic, and collaborative governance—promoting excellence and transformation

The Land School of Management is based on structured, open, and evolving governance, organized around three key committees. This organization allows the school to be managed rigorously, ensures academic quality, and brings the RBA alliance's strategic project to life.

A committed, diverse, strategic team

The school's team is made up of leaders, teacher-researchers, regional experts, coaches, and educational advisors. It embodies diversity of profiles, complementary skills, and a commitment to transformation. Each member contributes to making The Land School of Management a vibrant, influential, and rigorous school.

Strategic Committee

Mission: guide, connect, inspire

The strategic committee defines the broad guidelines for the school and the consortium. It ensures consistency in positioning, alignment of partnerships, and consolidation of the institution's reputation. It is composed of executives, representatives of partner schools, regional experts, and qualified individuals. Its missions are:

Define medium- and long-term development priorities

Validate academic and institutional alliances

Leading international outreach and influence strategy

Ensuring consistency between vision, action, and reputation

Educational Committee

Mission: design, share, innovate

The teaching committee is the academic heart of the school. It coordinates the joint development of content, the pooling of resources, and innovation in formats. It brings together teacher-researchers, industry experts, company representatives, and alumni. Its missions are:

Designing cross-consortium modules (CMI UK, inter-campus, hybridization)

Ensuring educational relevance and suitability for practical needs

Incorporate feedback from learners and partners into program development

Develop innovative formats (blended, immersive, interdisciplinary)

Quality Committee

Mission: certify, trace, improve

The quality committee monitors certifications, course traceability, and continuous improvement. It guarantees academic excellence, compliance with international standards, and process transparency. It works closely with ESLM Brussels, a CMI UK-accredited center, and with the quality representatives of other consortium members. Its missions are:

Monitor impact indicators (integration, transformation, satisfaction)

Organize internal and external audits

Harmonize assessment and validation practices

Ensure mutual recognition of modules and courses
