Each team will be assigned a role—rapporteur or advocate—and will be required to draft a statement of objections, a motion to dismiss, or a brief in response to the statement of objections or motion to dismiss.
The topic, inspired by real-life cases, is open-ended and allows for different scenarios to be considered.
At the end of the written phase, the four teams that have been the most convincing in their written submissions will be invited to argue the fictitious case before the Competition Authority's College in Paris.
