Strathena is an innovative business strategy training game designed by Xavier Fontanet and Interactive 4D. This game is now available to our students and offers a unique opportunity to learn strategy in a fun and interactive way, competing against students from prestigious French schools such as the École des Mines.

Strathena is a training platform that combines online courses (MOOCs) with a strategic simulation game. Students take the reins of a virtual company and must make crucial strategic decisions to ensure its growth and success. Program
With 40 years of experience in managing national and international projects, 3A School trains students to bring together local stakeholders in each of the so-called developing continents. The name 3A symbolizes Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
Throughout the training program, students at 3A are supported by our teams so they can put their knowledge of international project management into practice in these regions. They are encouraged to take part in individual or group internships to gain real-world experience.
Depending on their choice of specialization, MBA students are required to travel to Africa (Senegal, Ivory Coast, Benin, etc.) as part of a year-long project to carry out a local development project. Accompanied by one of our experts in international cooperation, they work with an NGO or local association focused on economic, educational, food, or other development to implement an initiative as part of the creation of a technical and financial dossier or a financial impact study. It is through meeting local actors and coming into contact with the realities on the ground that our students become more professional.
School 3A is also an international school in terms of its openness. In addition to the mobility opportunities offered throughout the program, it promotes and integrates multiculturalism into its curriculum by welcoming many students from a wide range of countries.

The targeted qualification comprises four skill sets, with the possibility of validating one or more skill sets. Candidates must have validated all four skill sets and passed the cross-disciplinary assessment in order to obtain the targeted qualification.

Level 7 professional certification "Manager of national and international projects for organizations," registered with the RNCP under number 39386, by decision of the Director General of France Compétences dated July 19, 2024, issued by APTIM, NSF codes 310, 340.
Continuing education
The objective of the professional master's degree is to enable candidates to enter the workforce upon completion of the program.
