The BTS in Real Estate Professions trains students for careers in real estate, providing them with skills in property management and transactions, thereby opening up a range of professional opportunities in this sector.

You will be

The BTS in Real Estate Professions trains real estate service professionals who work in property management firms, real estate agencies, social housing organizations, or property development companies.

This diploma allows you to obtain a T (transaction) card in order to work independently as a real estate agent.

Game of Agency

The project aims to use a multipurpose rental space (apartments, seminar rooms, coworking space) as a practical learning environment for students, enabling them to develop skills in management, marketing, communication, and innovation.

Students are divided into teams and tasked with proposing innovative strategies to enhance and optimize the use of this space. Each team focuses on a specific aspect of the project, such as apartment management, organizing events in seminar rooms, or promoting the coworking space.

Project duration

The project runs for one semester, with interim presentations and a final presentation before a jury composed of professionals and teachers.

This project will enable students to put their theoretical knowledge into practice in a real-world context. It also promotes the development of cross-disciplinary skills that are essential for their future professional careers.

Assessment methods

Final written and oral exams

The assessment framework is organized into units that constitute a coherent set of skills and knowledge relevant to the purpose of the diploma. It may include units that are optional. Each unit corresponds to a block of skills and a test. Candidates are registered for the diploma exam. The diploma is awarded to candidates who obtain an average score of more than 10/20 across all tests. Candidates who have already validated skill sets may be exempted from the corresponding tests.

Diploma/certification

Level 5 Advanced Technician Certificate in Real Estate Professions, registered with the RNCP under number 38380, by decision of the Director General of France Compétences dated December 15, 2023, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, NSF code 313.

First year: €4,000
Second year of apprenticeship contract: €7,500, covered by OPCO (skills operators)
Funding for initial training
Internal scholarship: scholarship established for all post-baccalaureate initial training programs, allowing families to benefit from up to €3,000 in tuition fee deductions based on income.
Crédit Agricole partnership: student loan at a preferential rate of 1.99%, repayable at the end of studies; exclusive offers are reserved for students at The Land Campus.
