Strathena is an innovative business strategy training game designed by Xavier Fontanet and Interactive 4D. This game is now available to our students and offers a unique opportunity to learn strategy in a fun and interactive way, competing against students from prestigious French schools such as the École des Mines.

Game description

Strathena is a training platform that combines online courses (MOOCs) with a strategic simulation game. Students take the reins of a virtual company and must make crucial strategic decisions to ensure its growth and success. The game covers various aspects of business strategy, such as the experience effect, market share, finance, psychology, and much more.

Assessment methods

The assessment of the various modules of the Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Humanities consists of a variety of assessments spread throughout the year. Feedback on assessments will also be provided in order to promote progress.

The training program may be adapted depending on the results of the admission process and the candidate's plans. Partial validation of the qualification by skill block is possible.
Continuous assessment for each module (written tests, multiple-choice questions, group or individual research projects, individual or group oral presentations). Certification exams by block in the third year to assess the acquisition of skills in each block. The host company also assesses the intern's skills (final assessment grid). There is no bridge between our different certifications.

  • Admission test followed by analysis of academic results for the last two years and the current year; optional individual interview at the discretion of the selection committee.
  • Parallel admission is possible in the second year with a validated bac +1 (one year of higher education) and in the third year with a validated bac +2 (two years of higher education).
  • Applicants may be eligible for a reduced course load or skills validation based on their academic background and professional and personal experience, subject to review of their application.

Funding for initial training

Internal scholarship: scholarship established for all post-baccalaureate initial training programs, allowing families to benefit from up to €3,000 in tuition fee deductions based on income.
