The Start Hub incubator: strategy, intrapreneurship, and leadership
The purpose of this incubation program is to train you to lead projects that will transform businesses, industries, and society as a whole. Incubation allows you to drive innovation or strategic change through immersion.
The program allows you to develop unique and expert skills in strategy, intrapreneurship, and leadership.

Program
With 40 years of experience in managing national and international projects, 3A School trains students to bring together local stakeholders in each of the so-called developing continents. The name 3A symbolizes Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
Throughout the training program, students at 3A are supported by our teams so they can put their knowledge of international project management into practice in these regions. They undertake individual or group internships to gain hands-on experience in the field.
During their first year of their bachelor's degree, students who wish to do so can take advantage of our NGO networks to participate in a 1- or 2-month discovery internship for humanitarian action in a safe and secure environment.
In their second year, our students are supported by a professional expert from South America and the NGO Techo to implement a humanitarian project in Paraguay, for which they learn how to implement and finance a project from start to finish. They then spend two months in Paraguay responding to emergency humanitarian needs (building barracks and a community center), but are also fully integrated into the NGO Techo Paraguay to learn about humanitarian development professions (coordination, logistics, communication, etc.). Throughout the year, they also receive Spanish language training.
School 3A is also an international school in terms of its openness. In addition to the mobility opportunities offered throughout the program, it promotes and integrates multiculturalism into its curriculum by welcoming many students from a wide range of countries.
