The Tolma program is designed for high-achieving students who want to develop broad skills in economic, financial, and human resources management and who want to progress and develop their career plans in order to then specialize in a Master's program.
We offer three training programs in Rennes:
Our Bachelor's degree program in Management trains visionary leaders who are capable of steering strategic initiatives and generating significant added value, thereby helping companies become more competitive. This program provides an in-depth understanding of the major challenges of entrepreneurial development, while equipping students with advanced skills in management and project leadership. Finance, strategy, negotiation, and business law are at the heart of the program.
By choosing our Bachelor's degree in Management, you will be preparing yourself to excel in specializations such as the Master of Science in Business Law and Master of Science in Financial Expertise programs offered at Tolma, paving the way for a promising and rewarding career with the most prestigious companies.
Given the generalist nature of this Bachelor's degree and the quality of the teaching offered, you will also be able to continue your studies at Master's level in many other management schools, even beyond what is offered at Tolma. For example, most of the Master's degree programs offered by other schools on The Land Campus are open to holders of this Bachelor's degree.

Provides the skills needed to become an expert in business strategy modeling while managing financing policy and business performance. The holder of a Master of Science in Financial Expertise is responsible for ensuring the financial and administrative performance of the company by monitoring the proper execution of the strategy and procedures defined with senior management and coordinating the departments under their responsibility. Their role is also to analyze and anticipate the strategic development of the company.

Trains experts capable of ensuring the legality of contracts and participating in commercial and financial decision-making, drafting legal documents, and carrying out procedures with public or private organizations. Business lawyers are entrusted with important responsibilities, as they are responsible for ensuring the legal security of the company, verifying the legality of contracts, and participating in all major commercial and financial decisions relating to the organization.

- The Global Finance Case competition, which will be presented at the Harvard Business Club in Cambridge. The best business cases will be presented at the grand finale in Boston.
- The Competition Authority's moot court competition in Paris. At the end of the written phase, the most convincing participants will argue the fictitious case before the Competition Authority's panel in Paris.
Law, finance, and management take on their full meaning when taught with reference to real-world practices. At Tolma, this is how we help you progress, through contact with high-level lawyers, legal experts, and financial or international experts who come to teach you the fundamentals alongside real-world practice. Most of our speakers are active professionals who are recognized experts in their fields.
Entrepreneurship is at the heart of our mission. We encourage our students to think creatively and take bold initiatives. Through workshops, seminars, and real-world projects, we provide them with the tools they need to turn their ideas into successful businesses. In today's globalized world, it is difficult to pursue certain professional careers without mastering English. For certain training programs that naturally lead to international positions, we provide training through courses taught entirely in English.
An "internal scholarship": this is a scholarship set up for all post-baccalaureate initial training courses, which allows families to benefit from up to €3,000 in tuition fee deductions depending on their income.
The school has a partnership with Crédit Agricole. Students wishing to obtain a loan to finance their studies can benefit from a preferential rate of 1.9%, repayable at the end of their studies. Exclusive offers are reserved for students at The Land campus.
