They work for us

The advantages

International

At ERE, we offer our students the opportunity to participate in a Green Management Seminar in Tallinn, a pioneering city in terms of sustainability. This seminar combines workshops, conferences, and immersive visits to understand the challenges of ecological transition. Students meet innovative companies and develop leadership and sustainable management skills, while exploring inspiring local initiatives.

Zero Waste Design Competition

At ERE, we place innovation and sustainability at the heart of our training programs. Our students actively participate in the Zero Waste Design competition, an ambitious challenge that invites them to come up with concrete solutions to today's environmental issues. Supervised by eco-design professionals, our participants develop innovative projects that combine creativity and ecological commitment. They benefit from personalized support and expert advice, offering them a unique and formative experience.

Business Game

At ERE, we make it a point of honor to train strategic leaders and intrapreneurs using innovative teaching methods. Our Strathena Business Game, designed by renowned international executive Xavier Fontanet, former CEO of Essilor and professor of strategy at HEC Paris, and Alexis Lacapelle, Harvard graduate and co-founder of Interactive 4D, is at the heart of this approach. This immersive game allows students to tackle real-world strategic challenges, developing their decision-making, strategic analysis, and crisis management skills.

Why choose us?

With such an engaging and topical subject, it is absolutely essential to train employees who have a realistic approach to the business world in order to support change in a harmonious way. That is why most of the teaching is carried out by professionals who are actively working and holding positions of responsibility in companies.

The courses focus on two areas of expertise: transition management and the acquisition of knowledge and skills specific to the environment. This cross-disciplinary approach is now essential in companies that are both committed to sustainability and faced with increasingly restrictive regulations.

The course is designed to train people at all levels: technicians for an operational approach to environmental issues in business, project managers to lead this change across the board by combining and managing internal skills within organizations, and managers capable of addressing environmental issues as part of a strategic approach within the company.

An "internal scholarship": this is a scholarship set up for all post-baccalaureate initial training courses, which allows families to benefit from up to €3,000 in tuition fee deductions depending on their income.

The school has a partnership with Crédit Agricole. Students wishing to obtain a loan to finance their studies can benefit from a preferential rate of 1.9%, repayable at the end of their studies. Exclusive offers are reserved for students at The Land campus.

For all these reasons, we invite you to join us and broaden your horizons.
