They work for us

The advantages

International

At 3A School, we train our students in international project management in Africa, Latin America, and Asia, placing them at the heart of local development challenges. For 40 years, our programs have combined theory and practice, with field internships and concrete projects carried out with local NGOs. MBA students work on development projects in Africa, in collaboration with local actors, to address economic and social issues. These experiences prepare them for professional life by exposing them to local realities. 3A School stands out for its international outlook, offering opportunities for mobility and a rich multicultural environment.

The Social Cup

At 3A, we prepare our students to become agents of change through projects such as the Social Cup, a national event that brings together young talent around social and environmental initiatives. By participating, our students develop leadership and project management skills while contributing to concrete solutions for a sustainable future. This commitment opens up new opportunities for them through exchanges with mentors and professionals, reinforcing 3A's reputation as an innovative and responsible school.

Business Game

At 3A, we make it a point of honor to train strategic leaders and intrapreneurs using innovative teaching methods. Our Strathena Business Game, designed by renowned international executive Xavier Fontanet, former CEO of Essilor and professor of strategy at HEC Paris 1, and Alexis Lacapelle, Harvard graduate and co-founder of Interactive 4D2, is at the heart of this approach. This immersive game allows students to tackle real-world strategic challenges, developing their decision-making, strategic analysis, and crisis management skills.

Why choose us?

School 3A is renowned for its ability to train students in analysis and synthesis around social issues, management and coordination of socially useful projects, and the practical application of agile working methods.

The teaching approach at 3A School aims to be as closely aligned as possible with real-world skills. That is why a significant portion of the teaching is carried out by experienced professionals in the sector. In addition, the programs place a strong emphasis on immersion in the workplace through internships and work-study programs.

The international dimension is strongly developed within the school and for this reason, study abroad programs and internships abroad are encouraged.

The school has a partnership with Crédit Agricole. Students wishing to obtain a loan to finance their studies can benefit from a preferential rate of 1.9%, repayable at the end of their studies. Exclusive offers are reserved for students at The Land campus.
